Founder & President | Fourth-Generation Custom Home BuilderA fourth-generation custom home builder, Scott Ashcraft has spent his entire life immersed in the art and craft of homebuilding. Raised in the construction industry, Scott began learning the family trade at an early age, following his father from jobsite to jobsite and developing a deep respect for the impact a well-built home can have on a family’s life.
For Scott, a home is far more than bricks and mortar. It is an intimate, enduring space—one that reflects the people who live within it and supports the rhythms of their lives. Entire neighborhoods Scott helped build have matured into true communities, complete with established landscaping, shared memories, and a strong sense of place.

Construction ProfessionalAndy is a construction professional with more than 20 years of electrical experience and a lifelong connection to the industry. Raised around job sites and blueprints, he built a strong technical foundation before moving into project management in 2018. Known for his precision, clear communication, and problem‑solving approach, Andy leads projects with a blend of field expertise and dependable leadership.

Lead Superintendent, Las Ventanas ConstructionAdam Romero serves as the Lead Superintendent at Las Ventanas Construction, where he has dedicated over a decade to delivering high-quality residential building projects. With more than ten years of experience in the construction industry, Adam oversees projects from the ground up—ensuring every phase is completed to industry standards and aligned with the company’s commitment to excellence. Known for his leadership on-site and attention to detail, Adam plays a key role in maintaining the high-quality reputation Las Ventanas is known for. In addition to his work in the field, he serves on the board of the Home Builders Association as chair of the custom builders council, where he contributes his insight and experience to help shape the future of the building industry.

Warranty Concierge and Director of CasitasDave Tapp has been an integral part of Las Ventanas , serving as both Warranty Concierge and Director of Casitas. In the warranty role, Dave ensures new homeowners receive attentive support throughout their first year, providing guidance and peace of mind as they settle into their homes. As Director of Casitas, Dave oversees the entire client experience—from introducing prospective clients to the Casita, to guiding them through selections and design decisions, and serving as the primary point of contact during construction. With a focus on professionalism and client care, Dave is dedicated to delivering a seamless and personalized experience for every homeowner.
