This program allows you to track the progress of your home, make design changes in real-time, and stay connected with our team throughout the entire process. Make it your own
The design process begins by determining which of our available and proven floor plans is right for you and your family. From there, a series of free consultations will help us determine if there are any modifications that need to be made to best fit your needs and lifestyle.
Once the floorplan has been approved, you will work with our interior designer to choose the best finishes for your personal style and budget. A list of standard finishes that are included with your home will be shared and are also shown in our model.
With you every step of the way
With floor plans and finishes chosen, we move forward with the construction phase. Working with your schedule, we establish meeting times at the home site to monitor the progress and answer questions. We believe open lines of communication are essential to keeping the project on time and within budget.
